Order Tracking
To monitor the progress of your order, kindly refer to the shipping details provided in your confirmation email.

Order Dispatch Schedule
Orders placed over the weekend begin processing on the following Monday. Generally, orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Given the current high demand, deliveries typically take between 5-11 business days, though many items are often delivered sooner.

However, please be aware that delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as adverse weather conditions, customs procedures for international shipments, or unexpected delays. We are committed to ensuring prompt delivery and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for choosing us.

International Order Fees
Customers are responsible for any associated taxes or additional charges upon checkout, ensuring transparency and preventing unexpected expenses upon delivery.

Order Modifications
Should you wish to make a change to your order, kindly notify us promptly prior to its dispatch.

Lost or Misplaced Orders
In the event of an undelivered or misplaced order, please notify us immediately for appropriate resolution. Fill out our form at the bottom of this page.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, customized products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within a 30-day window from the date of receipt, provided they meet the following requirements below. If you meet the following requirements, there is a return form at the bottom of this page. Thank you.

  • Youthy Glamour Clothing must remain in pristine condition, with original tags intact, have not been worn—excluding fittings over undergarments, and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
  • Youthy Glamour Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Product must be in original packaging with all original accessories and manuals included.
  • We require a proof of receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping cost. We will provide you the shipping address and RGA number  Note:  If it is an expensive item, we recommend that you insure the product in case of loss during shipping ( we are not liable for lost product.) Returns will not be accepted with out a RGA number.

Refund Process
Once we receive your product, you will be notified by email that the product has arrived.  Please allow up to 72 hours for us to verify the return. If requirements for the return or exchange have been met,  a credit will be issued for the product, or for exchanges, your new product will be shipped out to you.

Standard refund time once the credit has been approved, will take 7 -10 days to process. If you have not received your refund with in this time, please contact us and we will help take care of the issue.  Thank you.

Customers who are denied a refund due to failure to meet our return requirements, the customer is responsible for the return freight of the product.  Customer should provide us with a return shipping label via email.  We do not ship orders C.O.D.  Thank you.

Refund Process
Upon receipt and verification of your returned item, a refund will be processed accordingly. Kindly allow up to an additional 10 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank statement.

If you receive your Youthy Glamour product and you are not happy with the quality of the product, we do offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. Items may be returned within a 30-day window from the date of receipt. A refund is offered if you meet the following requirements below. If you meet the following requirements, there is a return form at the bottom of this page. Thank you.

  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is post marked for return past our required return date for the order.

Note:
Our Beauty Products such as our IPL hair removal and Skin Tools are not designed for, nor will you receive instant results with first time use. They are designed to work over a period of time with continuous use as stated on the products directions. As with professional treatments performed by a physician, results are never instant. Final results is dependent upon the individual person’s use of the product.  The stated results with our products may vary, as no two individuals experience is the same. There are numerous factors that can effect your results, two of which are hair color and skin color.

Our Beauty Products have been used by hundreds of happy customers just like you.  All our products are safe for home use.  For best results, maintain the routine that is recommended with your Youthy device.  The results will be worth it!

Returns

Refunds are allowed for items that:

1. Have been lost in transit.
2. Arrived broken or damaged
3. Where the wrong item was shipped to you.

You must contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page with in 72 hrs of receiving the product.

For broken or damaged products, you must contact us with in 72 hrs of receipt of product.   Once your product has been approved for return, an RGA number will be provided.  The RGA number must be attached to the return box, freight prepaid.   Packages returned without an RGA number will not be processed for credit.  Once the shipment is received a credit for return freight may apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Original box, packaging material and product information must be included.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Items returned for exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement order to be processed. Once processed, the item will be sent USPS Priority Mail.

Conditions
Please read exchange conditions below.  If conditions are not met, Youthy Glamour reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 25%.

All returned or exchanged items must be in like new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all product accessories.  Products returned missing any of the original information will not be eligible for return.

Product Warranties and Repairs
Youthy Glamour Beauty Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer free of charge if the warranty is still valid. Our warranty states that our customers must pay 2 way shipping for their product to be repaired, In some cases once the manufacture has accessed the damage, your product might be replaced free of charge.
The time of the repair will be dependent upon our manufactures schedule and we will have an approximate time for the repair once we receive your product to have it shipped off.
Warranty
Most Youthy Glamour Beauty Products come with a 1 year limited warranty, which covers internal parts only.   If the product fails within 1 year during  normal use and care, a replacement product will be issued.  If failure is attributed to abuse, improper use of product, or any other reason, a replacement will not be provided. Customer pays freight to the manufacture for repair.  This includes the Youthy Glamour internal hardware under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  When a warranty claim is filed, the product will be tested by the manufacture to assure the damaged falls under their policy guidelines.  If conditions are not met, Youthy Glamour reserves the right to refuse the return.
Note: Any original shipping cost is non-refundable. Youthy Glamour is also not responsible for cost to return the Youthy Glamour products or accessory to the JOBOHNY Return Center.
Youthy Glamour is not responsible for delayed delivery times by the carrier or any third party delivery service.
Exchanges
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Same model exchanges only.
Return Form

 

Attention: Please fill out our return form below before mailing your product.  For returns that are approved, we will provide you with a shipping address and a RGA number.  That number must be clearly marked on your return box.  Packages returned without an RGA number will not be accepted for credit.
